Privacy and cookies
Ballot Red is an independent game. The ad-supported core campaign and Limited mode are free. A one-time purchase removes game ads and unlocks Trump, a custom hero, Mar-a-Lago and Endless mode for your Google account. Payments do not fund a political party or campaign.

Game data
Settings, progress and your supporter session may be stored in your browser. A custom character image is stored locally on your device in IndexedDB; it is not uploaded to our server. You can delete local browser data at any time.
Sign-in and payments
Google sign-in is optional for the free campaign and required to purchase or restore paid extras. Paddle processes one-time purchases in USD; we retain your Google account ID, purchase references and amounts to verify access and reconcile refunds or disputes. Payment card details are handled by Paddle and are not stored by the game.
Analytics
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may receive gameplay events such as the game, mode, chosen character ID, level, time, objectives and score. We do not send your custom character image or chosen name as a gameplay event.
Advertising and cookies
Free players may see Google ads on the start and results screens only, never during play. The game waits for a signed-in account's purchase check before requesting ads; a verified Extras Pack purchaser does not request game ads. Google and advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to display and measure ads, including personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in Google My Ad Center. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the Google consent message provides choices and a way to revisit them. Gameplay analytics remain separate and do not receive your payment details, Google identity or public nickname.
Your choices
You can play without signing in, sign out from the supporter panel, change cookie choices through the consent message when available, or contact dbrane1984@gmail.com about your data.
Optional Red supporter board
Ballot Red can display a voluntarily chosen nickname and the cumulative eligible value of Extras Pack purchases started from that game, ranked highest first. You may also provide an optional public HTTPS link: it is clickable only while your nickname is in the top 10 and opens an external site in a new tab. External destinations are chosen by players and are not endorsed by the game. Joining requires a separate unchecked opt-in after Google sign-in; your Google name and email are never published. You can change or remove your nickname and link from the game at any time. The server retains transaction IDs and the Google account ID to verify purchases and process refunds. Older payments from other games do not count. For deletion requests, write to the contact address above.
